PERFORMER
Orith – (O’wreath) – Lady O is a charismatic and natural performer/entertainer who loves to bring people together in a shared experience. She’s a gracious host both at home and on the stage. She’s a firm believer that humans need to be musically/creatively expressive in order to be well. She’s an artist that is called to draw her audience into participation (only if they feel inclined of course) to encourage creative expression in community.
The styles she features are funky jazz with flavours of pop/reggae/latin and world music. Showcasing a combination of groovy originals, standards interpreted in an original way, and unique re-imagined old folk melodies . She’s a personable team player and would be delighted to discuss the ways in which to become apart of your special event, club or festival. Available as a duet, trio or larger ensemble. Have a listen on the HOME page and or on the BAND page.
Orith’s most current project is with the sensational Nico Rhodes on piano and the fabulous James McRae on drums. For more information on this trio click on the BAND page and select ‘Lady O & The Omen’ .

Children Programs
In 2011 she founded a business called Jump into Music offering group music classes to families with young children 6 months to 4 years old in Vancouver and Vancouver Island. This one-of-a-kind music and movement program engages, educates and entertains both parent and child on a musical journey around the world. It stimulates mind body connection through diverse activities, creating a well-rounded experience! A great way for families to bond, gaining exposure to musical rudiments and cultures.
